The 3/8-inch collar was 1/64 inch too small. Didn’t fit on my 3/8-inch drill bit. I need a full 3/8-inch hole to fit a dowel properly, going to a smaller bit to fit the collar is a non-starter. I checked a couple of other sized collars and they were also under sized, but not by quite as much. I’m returning.
