He was an expert cabinet maker and installer determined to design a cabinet hardware tool that would help save him time and eliminate the expensive errors that are so common in cabinet installation. More than 25 years later, his creation, the Cabinet Hardware Jig, has become one of the most trusted, highly-rated tools of its time. In fact, it’s still the most popular tool we manufacture.

True Position Tools is still a family-run, locally managed business, and we continue to innovate the industry with new and novel tools like our Cabinet Light Jig and our latest Cabinet Plumbing Jig. But even beyond our high-quality precision products, it’s our values that remain the foundation of our company:
