Cabinet Hinge Plate Hole Drilling
Simple instructions for drilling hinge plate holes using the TP-1934 Cabinet Hardware Jig
1. Mark center of hinge plate
2. Set Stop Collar to drill depth and tighten; depth varies depending on screw type and cabinet material
3. Place two Sliding Drill Guides side by side lining up center line with your mark
4. Two guides together produces (industry standard) 32mm hinge plate dimensions
5. Set Large Stop to 37mm (industry standard). Drill top hinge plate holes
6. Drill bottom holes
